You Can Earn up To 4 Complimentary Trips per Bus for winter weekend getaways, and up to 2 complimentary trips per bus during other seasons. Free trips include everything included in your group's tour and are based upon actual occupancy, but no less than double occupancy!

FREE LIFT TICKETS: Or your choice of activities for as few as 16 passengers. Lift Tickets are not pro-rated and have a limit of 1 ticket for every 26 passengers on most winter multi-night getaway weekends. If you select a weekend providing 1 complimentary trip for every 16 passengers then you will receive one lift ticket, or a free activity for each increment of 16 people.
4 DAY - 3 NIGHT CARIBBEAN VACATION: Minimum requirement 2 Full Buses (104 Passengers) for Caribbean Vacation for one person.* Discounts for Jet Vacations are available if you have fewer than 104 passengers in your winter multi-night getaway weekend group.

On weekends indicating 3 FREE TRIPS PER BUS you will receive one free for each increment of 26 passengers and a Free Bonus Trip for the 54th passenger.
On Weekends Indicating 4 FREE TRIPS PER BUS you will receive one free for each increment of 26 passengers and a Bonus Free Trip for the 53rd and 54th passenger.

You will receive a $1 per paying passenger cash rebate for each $325 per bus, non-refundable deposit received by September 30th of the current year.

GROUP LEADER BENEFITS POLICY AND ELIGIBILITY
Group Leader Benefits are based on the total number of paying participants in one group operated by Adventure Unlimited. Infants at the infant rate are not credited towards Group Leader Benefits. Various groups may not be combined to accrue benefits even though the same person organized them. FREE TRIPS include everything included in your group's tour and are based on actual occupancy with no less than 2 people in a room. FREE SKI RENTALS include skis, boots, and poles for the entire weekend and are available complimentary from a Lease-A-Ski Corporation ski shop located within the hotel. FREE HATS and T-SHIRTS are given to you at the hotel during your trip. Travel Agents, Youth Trips, High School Trips, College Trips, and Children at the child rate are discounted and are not eligible towards a Caribbean Incentive. FREE CARIBBEAN JET VACATION includes jet transportation and lodging based on double occupancy, including room taxes and room gratuities. Airport taxes and departure taxes are not included. All incentive travel must be taken on the dates made available by Adventure but no later than December 15 of that current year and certain restrictions apply. Adventure reserves the right to make changes in the Caribbean Vacations without notice. Group Leader Benefits are based on the tour prices as published in Adventure Unlimited's brochure. Discounts or other deviations in the tour's inclusions as offered in the brochure will effect your eligibility for Caribbean Vacations.
